What’s included in recurring mowing?

Epiphany Lawn & Garden mows your front and back yard using professional mowers. Our crews also edge and line‑trim around beds, fences, trees and other areas that mowers can’t reach, then blow away all clippings. Please protect delicate items in your yard to prevent damage.

How can I contact you?

The easiest way to reach us is by using our online contact form. We monitor these requests during business hours and will respond promptly. You may also call our office at (214) 699‑8558. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

When will my lawn be serviced?

Our crews work Monday through Saturday. We’ll assign your property a regular mow day based on your neighborhood. Crews follow the same route each week, so they usually arrive around the same time, but exact times can vary as we add new customers.

Do you work on holidays?

We show up on your designated mow day even if it falls on a holiday. The only exceptions are Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. If you would like to skip service for a holiday, please let us know in advance.

What if I’m not satisfied?

If you feel that our work is not satisfactory or we missed your yard, simply call or email us within 24 hours of your scheduled mow day and we will send a crew back at no additional charge. Requests received after 24 hours will be addressed on your next scheduled mow day. We do not offer credits.

What happens if it rains?

Our goal is to finish our routes even on rainy days, unless a torrential downpour washes out the entire day. If bad weather delays your mow day, the schedule will shift by one day. We do not reschedule skipped services. To avoid overgrown grass, we recommend allowing us to mow even if your lawn is wet.

How do I cancel or change my service?

We consider you a customer from season to season until you cancel. Cancellations must be submitted by email at least 24 hours before your next service. Requests to skip or change your mowing schedule must be made by the day before your scheduled mow.

What about gates, pets or items in my yard?

If your gate is locked, it must use a combination lock so our crews can access the property. We cannot guarantee the safety of your pets, so please secure them indoors or in another safe area on your mow day. Our crews cannot notify you upon arrival. Please remove toys, hoses and other items from your yard to ensure efficient service.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry liability insurance and our trucks are fully insured.

Do you guarantee plant and tree replacements?

For landscape installations, we guarantee small plants, shrubs and groundcover for 90 days and trees with a 3‑inch caliper or larger for one year from the date of substantial completion. This warranty does not cover vandalism, theft, acts of God, neglect, insect or disease damage, or high‑wind uprooting. Plants will be replaced one time only and all outstanding invoices must be paid in full. Warranty is not issued for transplanted materials.
